Unfortunately, today it is no longer as easy to put a website on the web as it once was. In the meantime, you have to invest in much more than just a domain and web space.
You have to protect yourself with various tools against hackers, spammers and others.
There are many places where you have to protect yourself legally against warnings and ensure data protection (e.g. DSGVO or Cockies), but also the tools for functionality and optimization of the site are not without.
And last but not least, it takes a lot of effort to optimize the system in such a way that constant maintenance and expansion can be realized in terms of time.
Over time, that adds up to quite a bit.
But we believe in the game Pioneers of Pagonia and in Volker Wertich with his phantastic team. That's why it's worth the effort and other things to us.
For sure we also have our fun building a wiki page and hopefully general an info platform for the game for the community.
In any case, we are happy to get a little help or two.
